Finding the perfect fit is easy! All Tida Wave apparel is designed for comfort and performance on every ride. Use the charts below to find your ideal size.
HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF
For T-Shirts & Hoodies:
- CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal under your arms
- LENGTH: Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (near your neck) down to where you want the shirt to end
- WAIST: Measure around your natural waistline (usually just above your belly button)
For Women's Tanks:
- BUST: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape horizontal
- LENGTH: Measure from the highest point of your shoulder down to where you want the tank to end

Shrinkage:
All Tida Wave apparel is pre-shrunk and quality-tested. To maintain the perfect fit:
- Wash in cold water
- Tumble dry on low heat
- Avoid high heat which can cause minimal additional shrinkage
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To Keep Your Tida Wave Gear Looking Fresh:
Washing:
- Turn garment inside out
- Machine wash cold (30°C / 85°F or below)
- Use mild detergent
- Wash with similar colors
Drying:
- Tumble dry low heat
- Remove promptly to prevent wrinkles
- Or hang to dry for best results
Don'ts:
- ❌ No bleach
- ❌ No ironing directly on design
- ❌ No dry cleaning
