Are your products made to order?

Yes! All Tida Wave apparel is custom-printed fresh when you order. This reduces waste and ensures the highest quality. Each item is made just for you, which is why processing takes 2-3 business days before shipping.

How long until my order ships?

Apparel: 2-3 business days to print, then ships. Total delivery: 7-10 days within Australia.
Accessories: 3-5 business days to process, then ships. Total delivery: 10-17 days within Australia.
You'll receive tracking info via email once your order ships!

What materials do you use?

We use premium quality materials for maximum comfort:
β€’ Premium Tees: 100% combed ringspun cotton (4.2 oz) - super soft!
β€’ Classic Tees: 100% preshrunk cotton (5.3 oz) - durable
β€’ Women's Tanks: Tri-blend (polyester/cotton/rayon) - stretchy & soft
β€’ Hoodies: 50/50 cotton/poly fleece blend (8 oz) - warm & cozy

Are the designs exclusive to Tida Wave?

Yes! All our designs are created exclusively for Tida Wave and inspired by cycling culture and ocean vibes. You won't find these anywhere else!

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us at support@tidawave.com.au within 2 hours of ordering. Once printing starts, we cannot cancel or modify orders. The sooner you contact us, the better!

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes! We offer special pricing for cycling clubs, teams, and bulk orders of 10+ items. Email us at support@tidawave.com.au with your requirements for a custom quote.

Can I customise products with my own design?

Currently, we only offer our exclusive Tida Wave designs. However, for large bulk orders (20+ items), we may be able to accommodate custom designs. Contact us to discuss your needs!

Do you offer free shipping?

YES! πŸŽ‰ Free shipping on all orders over $75 AUD within Australia. Orders under $75 are just $8.95 flat rate shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Within Australia:
β€’ Apparel: 7-10 business days total (2-3 days printing + 5-7 days delivery)
β€’ Accessories: 10-17 business days total (3-5 days processing + 7-12 days delivery)

International:
β€’ Apparel: 12-20 business days
β€’ Accessories: 15-30 business days

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide to New Zealand ($12.95), the USA/UK/Europe ($18.95), and the Rest of the World ($22.95). International delivery takes 10-30 business days, depending on location and product type.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number via email within 2-5 days after ordering (apparel ships faster than accessories). Click the tracking link in your email to see exactly where your order is. If you haven't received tracking within these timeframes, email us!

What if I order both apparel and accessories?

Your items will likely ship separately since they come from different locations. You'll receive two tracking numbers - one for apparel (arrives in 7-10 days) and one for accessories (arrives in 10-17 days). The good news? Both usually arrive within the same week, and you only pay one shipping fee!

My order is delayed. What should I do?

First, check your tracking number. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, wait 2 extra business days (carriers sometimes have minor delays). If it's still not there, email support@tidawave.com.au with your order number and we'll investigate immediately!

What's your return policy?

30-day return policy on all items! Return unworn, unwashed apparel or unused accessories within 30 days for a refund, exchange, or store credit. See our Returns & Exchanges page for complete details.

How do exchanges work?

FREE size exchanges on apparel! πŸŽ‰ If you ordered the wrong size, email us within 7 days and we'll send the correct size immediately at no cost. You returned the wrong size using our prepaid label. Easy! (Available for Australian orders only)

Can I return items if I changed my mind?

Yes! For apparel, we deduct an $8.95 restocking fee (since items are custom printed). For accessories, a full refund within 30 days.Β Pro tip: Choose store credit instead - you get the full amount with no fees, and can use it anytime!

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Email us immediately with photos at support@tidawave.com.au. We'll send a replacement right away - no need to return the damaged item! Or if you prefer, we'll issue a full refund, including shipping. We stand behind our quality 100%.

Who pays for return shipping?

What payment methods do you accept?

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely! We use Shopify's secure 256-bit SSL-encrypted checkout - the same security used by major banks. We never see or store your credit card details. All payment information goes directly to secure payment processors. Your data is completely safe! πŸ”’

When will I be charged?

Your card is charged immediately when you place your order. This allows us to start printing your custom apparel right away!

Do you offer payment plans or Afterpay?

Currently, we only accept full payment at checkout. However, if you use PayPal, they may offer payment plan options through their service. We're considering adding Afterpay in the future!

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Only one discount code per order. If you have multiple codes, use the one that gives you the biggest discount! Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

Do you charge sales tax or GST?

For Australian customers: GST is included in all displayed prices.
For international customers: You may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in your country. These fees are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility.

How do I care for my Tida Wave apparel?

To keep your gear looking fresh:
βœ“ Turn inside out before washing
βœ“ Machine wash cold (30Β°C or below)
βœ“ Tumble dry LOW heat
βœ“ Remove promptly to prevent wrinkles
βœ“ No bleach, no ironing directly on design, no dry cleaning

Following these simple steps will keep your designs vibrant for 50+ washes!

Will the design fade or crack?

Not with proper care! Our designs use high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, which bonds ink directly into the fabric. Wash inside out in cold water and avoid high heat, and your design will stay vibrant for years. We guarantee quality printing that won't crack, peel, or fade prematurely!

Will my items shrink?

All Tida Wave apparel is pre-shrunk during manufacturing. If you wash in cold water and tumble dry on low heat (as recommended), you'll experience minimal to no shrinkage. High heat is the enemy - avoid it to maintain the perfect fit!

Can I iron my Tida Wave apparel?

Yes, but never iron directly on the design! Turn the garment inside out and iron on low-medium heat. Or better yet, remove items from the dryer promptly and hang them to avoid wrinkles altogether.
