Express Shipping (3-5 days): Available for apparel only. Express shipping is not available for accessories due to supplier logistics.

When Will I Receive Tracking?

  • Apparel: Tracking sent within 2-3 days after ordering
  • Accessories: Tracking sent within 3-5 days after ordering
  • Mixed Orders: You'll receive TWO separate tracking numbers

ORDER CUT-OFF TIMES

Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST Monday-Friday: Processed the same day

Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends: Processed the next business day

Public Holidays: Orders placed on Australian public holidays will be processed the next business day. This may add 1-2 days to your delivery estimate.


🚚WHERE DO ITEMS SHIP FROM?

  • Apparel: Printed locally in Australia for faster delivery and quality control
  • Accessories: Shipped from our trusted premium suppliers (may include international warehouses with fast Australian delivery)

📦DELIVERY ISSUES

What if my order is delayed?

We understand how frustrating delays can be! If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking: Use the tracking number in your email
  2. Check with neighbors: Sometimes couriers leave packages with neighbors
  3. Wait 2 extra business days: Sometimes there are minor carrier delays
